You will spot trends in our data, establish and review analytics, monitor sales conversions, propose, implement and measure strategies to increase revenues, grow profits, and improve margins.
Using data and numbers, you’ll tell us things we didn’t know about our prospective customers, our current customers and our former customers.
YOU WANT to be part of a whip smart, small, close-knit team to work for a profitable company that is making the world better a better place to change the world using data and analytics an agile environment with quick turnaround work and short term deadlines Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Excel are your primary work environments
YOU HAVE an understanding of marketing ROI analytics written complex SQL queries to extract data from many sources are an effective communicator in both one-on-one and formal presentation settings set up randomized controlled trials and A/B tests a basic understanding of how to use predictive models to optimize marketing campaigns
YOU CAN see the forest through the trees (i.e. — the answers in the data) conduct analyses using a large amount of consumer and operational data find your way around a SQL / MySQL databases visualize data sets to make them understandable to “non-mathematical” types use analytics to change how we work to make an impact
YOU WILL live, breathe, and love our data analyze price and promotion test results and make recommendations create and maintain reports to track channel efficiency and customer/prospect behavior segment existing and potential customer base analyze key predictors of customer acquisition and retention work with our developers and database administrators to fill the holes in our data develop analytically based segmentation strategies for acquisition and retention programs
