– User experience expert with experience as a Senior User Researcher, with skills in Web usability and usability labs.
– Advise and guide project teams on all aspects of user research.
– Identify research questions that need answering for the business goals.
– Plan and estimate research efforts required.
– Document user insights, applying the most effective techniques.
– Work with managers, designers, and Samsung headquarters to drive innovative user experience scenarios for upcoming products.
– Bring a strong focus on solving actual user needs and excellent creative skills that blossom under constraints.

– Strong experience carrying out quantitative research using a range of techniques. Experience managing usability test labs and driving usability test programs.
– Knowledge of interaction paradigms and mental models.
– Excellent communication skills and expressive presentation skills are required.
– Leadership, strong teamwork skills, and mentorships skills are required.
– At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field as a researcher and usability specialist.
– An Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Human Factors, Industrial Design, Social Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
