Interaction Designer, Culver City

The Interaction Designer is a creative problem solver with a passion for user interaction, interface design, social media, mobile integration and the web best practices. Primary responsibilities include the design and development of dynamic and innovative user experiences and the in house production of interactive design elements for NFL Digital Media products. The ideal candidate will have strong UE/UI experience, along with advanced/expert knowledge of CSS and HTML/ DHTML, Ajax, JavaScript and AS3.


  • Design and execution of dynamic creative elements
  • Social product and 3rd party API integration as needed
  • Support dynamic content needs in relation to multiple projects with competing timelines
  • Manage deliverables on-time with focus on consistent high-quality
  • Match & guide project objectives to execution
  • Partner internally with members of the NFL DM Team to achieve project goals
  • Proactively makes suggestions for business best practices and process improvements
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for UI/UE, API & Social Product best practices and industry trends
  • Acts with diplomacy and tact across teams


  • 8-10 years web experience, preferably in an online media environment/ creative agency working with external clients.
  • 2-3 years management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of CSS, XHTML (DHTML and hand-coding are strong assets)
  • Working Knowledge of: XML, AJAX, JavaScript & AS3
  • Cross browser expertise is essential
  • Knowledge of Rich Media Advertising
  • Experience with interactive design concepts, wireframes and user-flow diagrams
  • Expert Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash are required
  • An understanding of information architecture & hierarchy
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines and changing needs
  • Team player and positive role model with leaderships skills
  • Client relations skills.
