Filter’s got a direct-hire opening for a Designer looking to work on the beautiful west-side of LA for a hot entertainment agency that specializes in only entertainment clients. This is a rad position that will have you surrounded by fun folks like yourself working on a plethora of high-profile projects.

What You’ll be Doing

• Developing and creating impactful designs based on client objectives and concepts
• Managing creative process on an ongoing basis, throughout all stages of production
• Workin’ collaborative participation on projects within the team
• Developing creative concepts and approaches with the project team
• Developing original design concepts as well as oversee project design all the way through execution
• Scoping design phases of projects accurately and efficiently as well as collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers and Editors
• Attending scheduled, periodic meetings
• Directing and motivating the graphic design team
• Producing sketches or digitally-rendered creative concepts to communicate ideas
• Listening to feedback and providing clear and concise direction to design team
• Managing creative process from concept to completion

Skills You’ll need

• Flexibility with internal and client changes while adhering to job deadlines
• Must be hands on animation designer at an expert level with Maya required
• Must have excellent Typography skills
